Regardless it is just a simple paper sketch or a blue print on paper or using programs such as AutoCAD, Solid Work or any other formats, our engineers will assist you by first analyzing and considering your preferred application (material) to be used while also considering the factors such as dimensions, detail precision, functionality, environmental factors like temperature, wear & tear, generally purpose, economical applications etc.

Tooling

        Our state of the art and fully equipments and tooling engineering experiences have allowed us to control every phase and stage of the entire behind scene tooling process. We manufacture the stamping die and tooling by involving in every step of operations starting from design study, planning,pre-machining, heating treatment, final machining, etc. We can even recommend what type of materials or casting that most suitable for your end product and environment.

        We are also able to schedule maintenance works such as sharpening of cutting punches, replacing broken and damaged parts, working and servicing on dies to ensure the final stamped product are meeting all the quality specifications and requirements by our clients.

Stamping/Casting/ Plating 

        Regardless of what type of engineering techniques you have decided to utilize, we will first make a sample of your desired ideal end product. Only with your confirmation and with your authorization and approval, we will start manufacturing your end product and deliver on your given time schedule and dateline.
